At Epitom, each and every one of our team members represents the spirit of our company: driven, committed and acutely aware of the infinite potential we have to grow. In our shared dedication to make our own mark on the world, we bring our character, integrity and confident outlook to work everyday and that makes us a well-rounded and talented team.
Hailing from different backgrounds and with different skill-sets, each team member brings a unique understanding to the table. One such team member that gave it their all to our company was Randika Haputhanthri – Epitom’s indispensible Creative Designer. Randika was an integral part of Epitom Trinergy for a year and he was responsible for some of our best designs. For Randika, everyday was an exciting adventure, a challenge and he counted that as one of the favourite parts his job. Randika’s exceptional skills in designing, clear communication and problem-solving contributed to his success and enabled him to work with some of Epitom’s biggest corporate clients.
Randika was a remarkably quick learner and he was always looking for novel ways to move the creative department forward. His designs and concepts were captivating and he had an incredible marketing sense to go with his fantastic designs. He always made an effort to meet and exceed the expectations of both the staff and the clients. Though he was constantly teased for his quick temper, Randika’s sense of humor and indomitable spirit made him a great team player and above all a great friend to all of us at Epitom Trinergy.
Though he may look like all work, once you get to know him, it’s easy to see his strong values and healthy balance of work and fun. His year with Epitom Trinergy showed us that focus and dedication, two of his discerning qualities, will always help you reach for the sky. Randika was an important part that kept our team working flawlessly and though his time has come to end with us, he will continue to be a part of Epitome Trinergy. Randika Haputhanthri will be greatly missed by everyone at Epitom and we wish Randika all the very best in his future studies and endeavors.
